Ready To Apply?
The process for becoming approved with Northern Den Management is as easy as 1, 2, 3..
Step 1) Each adult applicant must complete the application listed below. A Northern Den Management Representative will contact you within 24 hours from the time the application is received if there are any follow up questions pertaining to your application.
Step 2) Once you have completed the online application you will need to order the required background, credit, and eviction check. This service is offered through SMARTMOVE, a third-party administrator that specializes in resident screening. A Northern Den Management representative will send to each applicant an email with a link to the questionnaire from SMARTMOVE. This report will cost $35, and is the responsibility of the applicant. This is the only fee associated with the application process.
Step 3) ) Once you have submitted your application and completed the SMARTMOVE questionnaire, a Northern Den Management representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your acceptance or denial of residency.
